Hi, I had pill abortion (6 week) on 7th May. Heavy bleeding was there for 5-6 days. Then spotting got started. On 21st May heavy bleeding started again that ended on 25 May. Now today is 14 June and my periods has not come yet. According to post abortion ultrasound, it was complete abortion. But doc said that my periods would be near 7th June. Please help.

After the process of abortion and the associated hormonal changes, the first period after abortion can be a variable date. And most likely it will be around 21st June. Don't worry since your USG shows complete abortion. Just wait n watch.
