I had been diagnosed with one simple fibroadenoma in my right breast lower right quadrant of size 2.5 cm on 21 April 2018 in usg. It is usually mobile in my lower right quadrant My age is 33 years. Can it be cured without lumpectomy. I have made a significant change in my lifestyle since then. No stress and have gone vegetarian. I have also reduced my weight by 6 kg by dietary changes. I have read lot of articles and studies saying with stress control and dietary restrictions it can be reduced in size and totally cured. I take 60 ml of wheat grass daily, fruits and vegetables and perform 7 pranayam daily. Please help.

See, if it is mobile then you should be safe. If not done, get the FNAC essentially. All fibroadenomas need not to be removed. But we need to be confirmed at it's a benign lesion for sure. Medicines are available for remission, but actually it's the mother nature who will make them disappear.
