Hello, I'm suffering from Premature Ejaculation and Erectile Dysfunction for last 3-4 years. I have been diagnosed with diabetes in 2014. And along with diabetes, I was diagnosed with Pulmonary TB. Took medicines for TB for 1 year and I'm TB free now. Diabetes is more or less is under control now. I've tingling sensation on my right leg below knee. I'm taking Pregeb MOD 75 for neuropathy. For diabetes, I'm on Glycomet GP1 Forte (1000 mg morning / 500 mg night). I've tried Homeopathy (Yohimbinum, Nuphar luteum and more Puama) and Ayurvedic medicines (Tentex Royal, Confido) for PE and ED but there was no relief. There is no erection at all. And I ejaculate without any erection and within a few minutes of initiating foreplay. Need a proper and long lasting solution. Thank you.
