I am diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder. I am presently on several antidepressant such as (escitalopram 20 mg +clonazepam 1 mg, olanzapine 2.5 mg, L-methyl floater 7.5 mg,(risperidone 3 mg+trihexyphenidyl 2 mg) and metoprolol succinate 50 mg for BP. In initially medicine works well but feels too much excessive sleepiness so I start skipping some medicine such as olanzapine 2.5.But after skipping the dose I feels once again restlessness, suicidal, nothing to do anything. So once again I started to take skipping dose. But it doesn't ease my problem thats help in initially Now I have used all types of psychiatric medicine such as ssri, snri, antipsychotic, benzomides but no one medicine work well. What to do next?

Hello It will be highly beneficial for you if you would try combination therapy i.e. Medicines along with psychotherapy. Anxiety disorders require regular counselling sessions along with medecines. Try consulting a clinical psychologist for the same along with the treatment by the psychiatrist.
