I feel pain in my ankles every morning when I wake up and stand or walk. This pain is not severe and does not stay for too long. After 20-30 mins I don't feel any pain at all. This is happening since last one month. Is this normal? What is reason for this?

Our suggestion would be to do hot water fermentation along with Cold (ice) therapy. You shall also keep a pillow under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes.
