Better to see a Surgical oncologist or a breast surgeon. They would examine you and if needed ask for an ultrasound. Pain in the breasts during lactation could be due to mastitis which is congestion of the breasts due to milk. Milk expression with ice pack application and good breast support helps. Galactocele is loculated collection of milk which needs aspiration Abscess leads to throbbing pain with redness which needs aspiration with antibiotics (consult the surgeon as many antibiotics are secreted in milk) and SOS incision and drainage.
