I am 63 years male and was diagnosed as Iga nephropathy patient in Jan 2015 when my B P was exceptionally high. i was put on steroids for 40 days after that in March 2015 I developed a big patch on one lung which was diagnosed as phnemonitis and at that time steroid was discontinued. It was cleared after treatment. After Iga nephropathy detection I was prescribed Targit 40 mg, Met XL 25 mg, L N Block 10 mg, Fish oil cap to control BP. And it worked. My average Creatinine has been 1.6 for last 3 years. But two days back I tested Creatinine and found it 2.9. The BUN is 20.56, Urea is 44. The electrolytes are normal within range. Last creatinine reading on 01.02.2018 was 1.6. Why there could be sudden gain in creatinine level. Also the urinating frequency has also increased but R/M urine reports are normal. What should be the line of treatment. Thanks and regards.
