I am not sure about your age as you havenot mentioned. Try to take hotsitz bath and a laxative to keep the stool soft and supple. But most importantly, you need to be checked by a surgeon and I insist you for that.

Your symptoms indicate that you may be suffering from anal fissures. Take warm water sitz bath, apply coconut oil or any soothing ointments, take some mild laxatives this will help u. Consult some good specialist.

It could be piles but could also be perianal abscess, fistula,or anal fissure. Please get examined by a general/GI Surgeon for confirmation of diagnosis and further treatment. Usually does not go away on its own. For early piles one can 7wait and may resolve with sclerotherapy but advances case require surgery. Early hemorrhoids can be treated by banding / sclerotherapy. For advanced cases staplers hemorrhoidectomy is recommended. Not aware of any non- Surgical treatment for advanced piles. Surgical treatment however is very effective.
