I am 19 year old male. Since 2 days I have been feeling a little bit blurry minded and foggy feeling and fatigue. I cannot think clearly or if I try to remember anything it seems foggy. Other than that I don't have any headaches, or no forgetfulness and there's no difficulty doing my day to day work or talking. I used to go to gym but due to my exams I didn't go for 2-3 months. I have no other health issues and I am perfectly fit. But I always had anxiety issues and also had depression and I recently had a panic attack 10 days ago. This fatigue and fuzzy feeling is creating more fear. What do you think it is?
