With 48 age S FSH 44 indicates peri menopausal period and small hypo echoic lesions in uterus in usg indicates small fibroid which is insignificant if you do not have problems like excessive menstrual bleeding or pain every month. Please mention any specific symptoms or complaint for which your worries or want to the treatment. You do not need to remove your uterus on back ground of these reports if you do not have menstrual problems. Few vaginal infection or irritation is normal around peri menopause period.
