spondylitis changes are seen in the form of osteophytes at multiple levels with disc dessication at multiple levels. Vertebral bodies are normal in height and signal intensity. Diffuse disc bulge is seen at C3-4, C4-5, C5-6 and C6-7 levels indenting anterior thecal sac. There is effacement of anterior subarachnoid space at C4-5, C5-6 and C6-7 levels causing cord compression at C5-6 level leading to T2W cord hyperintensity - s/o Cord edema. Bilateral ligamentum flavum hypertrophy is seen at D10-D11 level indenting posterior thecal sac. Diffuse disc bulge is seen at L3-4, L4-5 and L5-S1 levels indenting anterior thecal sac effacing bilateral lateral recesses and compressing bilateral exiting nerve roots. Posterior annular tear is seen at L4-5 and L5-S1 levels. Rest of intervertebral discs are normal in height and signal intensity. Rest of posterior spinal elements are normal. Pre and paravertebral soft tissues are normal. Rest of bony canal is capacious at all levels with no obvious canal stenosis. Rest of spinal cord and conus medullaris are normal in Mr. morpholo.
