Hi I am 31 years old moderately active male I play table tennis for 90 mins per week also I prefer climbing stairs rather than taking elevator My concern is centre belly fat. Overall I have lean body. I wish to get flat tummy Also I would like to increase my stamina to optimum level so that it will benefit me in playing Table Tennis Regards.
