I have more triglycerides than the normal count in blood. I was advised to use blood purifier to get rid of that triglycerides. But I think blood purifiers are used to remove acne and pimples or other related skin diseases. Can I use blood purifier now?

Blood purifier niether removes any acne or pimples or lower TG. Its all myth. You will be taking heavy metals in SAFI without any result. Consult a qualified dermatologist with MD or DNB degree rather than searching for silly treatment.
