I am suffering from Anxiety from the last 5 years or so. From last 1 year I feel giddy, pressure in head, focus problems. I am also on anti anxiety tablets. I also feel unusual heart beats. I have had a thorough heart check up but all came negative. Any suggestions.

A lot can be changed in your difficulties through healthier lifestyle, which just means basic things like some amount of physical exercise, a healthy and balanced diet including fruit, vegetables and plenty if water. Please do not avoid exercise. You can start with even a 15- minute walk. If that seems tough, start with 10. But do start, and keep going slow and steady. Do join yoga, and especially do pranayam. Keep your digestion in check, plenty of water, fiber will help in that. Spend time in natural daylight whenever possible, avoid closed and dark places. You deserve to live happily. And you can.
