Why create a situation of gastritis in a 7 year old. See that the child chews his food well, create a good ambience where food is eaten, no watching tv or any backlit device while eating, avoid processed foods, home made foods only, make the meals exciting and fun instead of the mundane menu, get creative with your foods and give healthy fresh foods.
