I am 29 years old. Weight 90 Kg Height 182 cm, which makes my BMI 27.1. I want to loose weight and specially reduce fat. I have started doing 30 mins brisk walking and 30 mins exercise without equipments everyday. What else should I do to loose weight, burn fat and stay fit?
