I am suffering with sentinel piles. There is profuse unbearable pain after defecation and I am unable to sleep at night because of this pain. I was also told by the doctor that my internal sphincter has been constricted. I was asked to do digital dilation of the sphincter daily. But the is so unbearable after defecation that I am unable to do digital dilatation with anoblies and xylocaine. I don't have any other symptoms. Please suggest any medication or treatment for that pain. It is so deadly. I could not carryout my daily work.
