Hi. I am 23 years female. I feel weak while travelling or even when I am at home doing nothing. Can you please suggest me diet for full day and timings for jogging/exercise. Diet including before jogging after jogging. thank you.-)

Weakness May be due to low haemoglobin, iron deficiency, thyroid level May alter. You should go for these blood test to know the cause. After this diet and excersise is decided.
