I am married 34 year old man with semen test readings, Ph- Alkaline, assistance-3 days, Sperm Count 20 mil/ml, Motility 25%(fast progressive 15%), immotile - 75%, Morphology Normal Sperm - 81% Since 4 four years we are trying for a baby, One IUI cycle over and failed. Please any one suggest the ultimate treatment for getting a baby soon.

When considering the percentage of sperm which are able to move in a particular semen sample, anything above 40% is generally considered normal. That is, as long as at least 40% of the sperm in a sample are moving, this is considered normal sperm motility. As per your report, your sperm motility is low. Your sperm count is okay. You have not mentioned about your wife's tests like hormonal tests, ovulation & tubal patency. Is it normal? Share the reports for further guidance. Women often have a 10% - 20% chance of getting pregnant with just one IUI cycle. The more cycles of IUI you undergo, there is higher chance of a pregnancy. With 3 to 6 cycles of IUI, pregnancy rates can be as high as 80 percent. So keep trying with IUI if everything is normal. All the best.
