Give another 3-6 months for natural conception. Plan relations every alternate day from Day 10 to Day 16 of your menstrual cycle, if your periods are regular. You can do your basic fertility tests like hormonal tests etc. And husband's semen analysis. Kindly share your reports with us to guide you further. All the best.

If all of your reports are normal & still not getting pregnancy, then it is known as unexplained infertility. About 25% couples suffer from this. As your wife's periods are getting delayed, she might be facing some hormonal imbalance lately. You need to do few tests for evaluation. Also you will require few medicines and supportive treatment to get faster pregnancy. All the best.

Primolut N is norethisterone which is used for secondary amenorrhea, abnormal uterine bleeding. If taken during Pregnancy then cause feral harm. So do not take this after 6 months when you will be planning for pregnancy. After stopping this tablet normal ovulation & fertility return.

Your AMH level is low. You will require few more tests to see the ovarian reserve & response to ovarian stimulation. DHEA supplementation is good as it functions as a precursor of testosterone & estrogen hormones. So continue it. Share your detail reports with us so that we can guide you further. All the best.

Surgery for tight foreskin is advisable. For having kids, you need to go for complete assessment, e.g. Semen analysis and few other tests. After that only we can guide you further for faster pregnancy, according to your reports. Your wife's basic fertility investigations are also required for further decision.

Hello lybrate-user, Normal sperm densities range from 15 million to greater than 200 million sperm per milliliter of semen. You are considered to have a low sperm count if you have fewer than 15 million sperm per milliliter or less than 39 million sperm total per ejaculate. As per your report, count is okay. There are few more parameters like motility, normal sperm morphology, are they normal? You haven't mentioned in the message. Collectively all these parameters matter. Along with that your wife's hormonal tests and complete reproductive evaluation is needed. Rule out ovulatory dysfunction, uterine abnormalities, tubal obstruction, peritoneal factors, or cervical factors. Are these things checked? Share the details for further guidance. You can always try for a pregnancy with this sperm count if everything is normal. All the best.

When considering the percentage of sperm which are able to move in a particular semen sample, anything above 40% is generally considered normal. That is, as long as at least 40% of the sperm in a sample are moving, this is considered normal sperm motility. As per your report, your sperm motility is low. Your sperm count is okay. You have not mentioned about your wife's tests like hormonal tests, ovulation & tubal patency. Is it normal? Share the reports for further guidance. Women often have a 10% - 20% chance of getting pregnant with just one IUI cycle. The more cycles of IUI you undergo, there is higher chance of a pregnancy. With 3 to 6 cycles of IUI, pregnancy rates can be as high as 80 percent. So keep trying with IUI if everything is normal. All the best.

I am trying to conceive. I was on letrozole from CD 3-7 and on CD 9 I had my first ultrasound and there was one follicle of 21 mm. The doc asked to use an hug trigger shot the same day. We had it at around 1.30 pm on Saturday. I had mild ovulation pain on Saturday but in today's ultrasound it shows as 24 mm. The radiologist says it's likely a cyst. But the doc says it will rupture. I am worried. Has the cycle gone for a toss. I usually ovulate by cd15. Pls help.

Dear lybrate-user, The follicle size of 21 mm on Day 9 was a bit bigger. If the follicle has not ruptured even after HCG trigger that means you have LUFS. Consult your infertility specialist for further management.
