Hello lybrate-user, try to do exercise regularly. U can also do crunches, lower ab exercises, sit-ups, some cardio exercises to reduce your belly fat. Along with this follow a healthy and nutritious diet. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Thank you good day.

1. Aim for increasing fitness levels then tummy will also reduce. 2. Reduce carbs. Add 2-3 Fruits to your daily diet before meals. 3. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet. 4. Completely eliminate Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice/Biryani etc 5. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. This will keep you slim and trim.
