Can any one suggest how to achieve the habit of sleeping early and getting up early? What are the best ways to sleep early and get up early.

Mr. N. lybrate-user, if you wish to sleep early and wake up early in the morning, you have to force yourself foe the first 7 days, next week will be easy for you and in a month it will become a habit for your body, and your body clock will adjust it self. First 7 days will be the most difficult, but do not ease on your self, do not take mid day nap, just wake up early, do daily chores and when your body is tiered it will go to sleep early, do not take any meds to induce sleep early.
