There is no medicine to reduce weight or tummy. It has to be done by combination of reduced diet + daily exercise. Instead of just walking you can do alternate walk and job of 2-2 mins continuously. Thereafter spend 20 mins in yoga + stretching. This will help you to reduce weight and tummy.
