My 4.3 years old kid is diagnosed with mild autism. Few months back, we had done blood test for him and found that he was anaemic and lacking in vitamin B12. Could you please suggest any vitamin supplements for this deficiency? Along with therapies, we have started homeopathy, himalaya mentat syrup. Are they enough? Is Mentat really helpful for autism?

Mentat or any drug doesn't have any role in the treatment of Autism per se. Syp Betonin 5 ml twice daily for Vit B.
