I am trying to loose my weight from 2 months and I successfully reduced 6 kg from my previous weight. My previous weight was 72 kg but my current weight is 66 kg and from 2 months I am doing walking and jogging. By performing these exercises I reduced my weight but now I do not want to reduced weight but now I want to reduce my belly. So I want to ask you that what should I do to reduce belly fat and jogging and walking is good to reduce belly fat. Or how much I should have to run daily to reduce belly fat.

Hi, Thank you for your query. We will be happy to help you. For reducing belly fat, consume foods that contain soluble fibre such as nuts, seeds, lentils and beans. Never skip breakfast. Avoid eating bad fats but eat foods that contain good fats. Drink plenty of water. For exercises, you can do the bicycle exercise, jogging, running, cycling etc. We are here to guide you.
