I am trying to loose my weight from 2 months and I successfully reduced 6 kg from my previous weight. My previous weight was 72 kg but my current weight is 66 kg and from 2 months I am doing walking and jogging. By performing these exercises I reduced my weight but now I do not want to reduced weight but now I want to reduce my belly. So I want to ask you that what should I do to reduce belly fat and jogging and walking is good to reduce belly fat. Or how much I should have to run daily to reduce belly fat.
