Good morning sir/ madam. I am 26 years old now. Can you please suggest how to improve the blood levels of our body by taking the hygienic food. Please suggest the same so that I can follow to get the best result s at the earliest.
FOODS FOR ANAEMIA:
1. Include more of green leafy vegetables in the diet
2. Add ragi flour in idly, dosa and capathis
3. Use drumsticks leaves and curry leaves powder
4. Take puffed rice or rice flakes as snacks.
