My heart's angioplasty was done in August 2013 by fitting one bare metal stent in L.A.D. I am taking since then Ecosprin 150 mg one hs, Atorvastatin 10 mg one hs, Ramipril 2.5 mg one od. My lipid profile report is under normal range. Can I eat half tea spoon cow ghee with lunch & dinner by mixing it in curd/ vegetables in my above condition of heart. Please intimate.

As ghee is a saturated fatty acid, won?t harm to those who uses it properly. Proper usage of ghee is always with hot articles like: hot rice, hot roti, hot chapati etc Not with curds or vegetables.
