Hi. I have been diagnosed with left ureteric calculus of 5.6 mm and a kidney stone 3 mm, the ureteric calculus being at the distal pole of the vesicoureteral junction and the kidney stone at the lower pole. Having said that, I have been under treatment with dynapres for 10 days but have not passed the ureteric stone yet. Kindly suggest treatment without surgery.
