I am diagnosed with herpes before 2 months, I am 23 year old man. I am not sure where I got it, 5 months ago I had sex with a girl and and I had worn condom during sex and also I asked her but she does not have any symptom of herpes or anything. I took medication famciclevero tablets for one month. Even now I feel tired sometimes and I am freaking out because of this infection. Please give me tips to control this thing completely throughout my life. What food to take and natural medication. And I am worried how I got this infection. I did test for hiv tridot after 92 days of that day and got negative result in the same day I am diagnosed positive for herpes the result is 3.2 hgp somethings like that. Doc said counts are very less.
