Hi, 20 years old female. Suffered from Vulvovaginal candidiasis for 8 months. After long term medications the infection is somewhat under control. Since two months suffering constant dizziness which is relieved only by lying down. Also suffering severe hair fall and hair balding along with very irregular periods. Very frequent periods and then a missed period with 4 negative pregnancy tests. Ultrasounds and blood reports normal. What should I do now?
