Hi lybrate-user Exercise and diet go hand in hand but to be precise it is 80: 20. 80% diet and 20% exercise to achieve 100%. Breakfast should be anything cooked fresh like poha, upma, chilla, or stuffed roti Make sure to eat 3 main meals along with 2 mid meals Lunch and dinner can be roti or rice with dal/ veg Mid meals can be fruits, nuts or salads.
