Hi, I am 31 years female. I work in shift I don't get time for exercise so I get 4 hours sleep. I go for work out and come back and again I sleep for 2 hrs. I do take my lunch and while I am on my way to office I sleep for an hour in cab. So my question here is such sleep pattern will affect my health?
