Hi I am trying to lose some weight. I have recently gained a lot of weight. I do not eat much but still my weight is going out of control. Also I need some advice with the dark circles.

To burn fat and to reduce weight you must avoid packed, processed & fried foods. Also minimise intake of milk products, sweets, oily and maida foods. Increase intake of foods, salads & soups. Do 30-45 mins of physical activity daily.
