I have pain in the left side of chest at times. No sign of pain spreads to shoulder & arm, no sweating. I am having no history of blood pressure. But cholesterol tgl is 280 & ldl is 130. Hdl - 40. TCL - 210. Please advise. Thanks.

High triglycerides is usually due to sugar, jaggery, alcohol and starchy foods. Decrease grains and other sources of glucose. Traditional balanced diet and exercise is best for reducing triglycerides. For more information please discuss on phone.

Your cholesterol is mildly raised, my suggestion is get a TMT test done to reassure yourself regarding this pain, if your TMT is fine then start with lifestyle changes as well as diet changes under-supervision of a cardiologist for cholesterol optimisation.
