I am 65 years old male. Since a week pain got triggered in backside of my left knee from no where and soon after 2 days the pain spread all around the knees. I am taking nucoxia 90 twice daily but it didn't helped much. Please guide. P.S: I am not diabetic or do not have any Heart or BP related problems. My weight is around 80 kgs.

Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube ornormal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day.
