We can not deny that her problem may be worsening day by day but it is also something that we can not guess without actual examining her. Grinding teeth at the age of 6 is normal since her masticatory/ chewing forces are increasing towards more complex diet by the help of eruption of permanent tooth. But other features denotes cerebral disease which must be exclusively examined and appropriately treated by a neurophysician or psychiatrist. Kindly follow first hand information/opinion from them.
