I am 39 weeks pregnant. My blood group is RH negative, baby weight is 3.275 Gms. Placenta is found posterior Gr. 2nd. I don't have any pains or discharge till now. Now my doc says there no chances of vaginal delivery. Nd she will not wait for due date hence I am RH negative. I don't understand what r complications and why my gync don't want to wait.

Because the baby doesn't get into your pelvis i.e you have CPD. Normally the baby should get out from mothers womb at 37 weeks. Please do not wait for pain get a caesarean section done. You are in 10 th month. Do not do any damage. Go immediately to hospital get a delivery done.
