lybrate-user ji, Thanks for the query. Usually in hypothyroidism persons have excess weight. It is rather unusual. To gain weight you need to take proper balanced diet with additional proteins. Plus will have to exercise. It is better if you join a gym and do workouts under the guidance of a professional trainer. If the baby is 2 years old, then why is it being still breast fed? By the end of first year baby should be on normal solid food like all of us. So please wean away. You may take some protein supplements available or if you do take eggs, then take 2 or more every day, along with normal food. Increase the intake of salads and fruits. No tonic as such will help in this. Thanks.
