Can you provide me proper balanced diet chart as I want to start gym and start to gain muscles. And can some one provide me workout chart as there are muscle cramps and joints making sound, bones are paining little bit. Please Provide supplements as well. And please explain what is muscle charting?

Hello Yogesh, as u said u want to gain muscle mass so I advise u to increase ur protein intake . If u eat non veg than u can have atleast 5-6 egg whites in ur breakfast . Instead of protein supplement I advise u if u increase protein intake from diet itself. Soya products are rich in protein if u r vegetarian u can have dat. Go for 6 meals a day wchich means u can have small healthy meals like sprouts coconut water etc in between ur meals
