Sir, tonight I slept in my storeroom because there were many guests. I was bitten by spider during the night. There were some red rashes/ marks in the morning but they now disappeared and I don't have any swelling or pain. Does getting bite by spiders cause brain harm or loss of memory power or nerve disease? I have read somewhere that spider bites are neurotoxic. Will I develop any disease? Am I fine? Please reply me sir. Thank you.

Many spiders aren't poisonous. Bites can sometimes be severe and develop late. Poisonous spiders, such as black widows and brown recluses, generally live in undisturbed areas, such as attics or sheds, and don't bite unless threatened. Symptoms include swelling, redness and pain around the bite. Treatment usually includes cleaning the bite, applying ice and watching for infection. If you see the symptoms persists, do consult a physician. Take care.
