I think I may have ADHD, but I'm not sure if I'm jumping to conclusions. Here are my symptoms, which I have experienced since childhood: easily distracted by my environment and by my own thoughts, constantly daydreaming and often unaware of my surroundings, very messy and disorganized, procrastination, fidgeting and difficulty sitting still, inability to relax, and extreme hyperness at times. I've always done well in school, but it has taken me a lot longer to complete assignments than it takes my classmates, because I get easily sidetracked and lost in my own thoughts. Does ADHD sound like a possibility? What do you suggest I should do?
