Respected sir Mujhe 6 months se pet me problem ho rahi hai. Sabse pahle constipation tha, uske bad piles ke lakshan dikha, aur ab bar bar latrine jana pad rha din me approx 5 to 7 bar wo bhi fresh nhi ho pa rha hai thoda thoda ho rha sath ractum ke pas lagta ki bhari bna rahta hai. Gas bhi bahut ban rha hai. Weakness 2 din ho rha hai. Weight decrease ho rha hai. please suggest me sir I am very confused because I visited many hospital in allopathy (AIIMS DELHI), homoeopathy and ayurvedic. please SUGGEST ME.
