hello milu , take high protein diet. do stretching exercise alternate days. avoid fried food, oily food,junk food, excess salt, excess sugar, juice, sweet, potato. take milk and milk products,soy milk,panner, tofu, sprouts,egg white, , have small and frequent meals. don't avoid breakfast ever.
