I am having cold since last six days. The symptoms of cold are dry nose, loss of appetite, fever, headache, feeling cold even at normal temperature sometimes shiver, pain in various body parts such as chest, back, legs. Been taking allopathic medicine named as cheston cold since last 4 days but not getting much relief twice a day. How to cure it asap as its affecting my gym?

According to your description you may be suffering from viral fever or malaria.But in case of cold there is running nose not a dry nose. As you have taken allopathic medication for 4 days, It would be better to get checkuped for other infection including malaria.
