I have open pores in my nose which looks awful. They also has puss whenever I press it. Not so much but very little. I'm a very hygienic person but all that stuff don't really help me. I need to get rid of my pores and make my nose clean and smooth. Please tell me what can I do about it? I just want to get rid of it. Thank you.
