Hi I am 23. I do not know whether I have warts on my pennis or not. I am confused. I notice very tiny whitish things on the starting of my pennis foreskin. Are they warts or anything else. And if I have warts then I have to worry or not. Means I am prone to hiv or any other disease or not. Please tell me. I am very much worried about this.
