Hello dr, I have swelling in both hands and joint pain also. stiffness is also I have in all joints. What medicine I take and what test I do.

Hello lybrate-user, if your swelling and pain is similar on both tge sides, if stiffness is more in the morning then it may be a rehmatoid arthritis. To rule it out you need to do RA test of blood. Ealry intervention including joint mobilisation, strengthening will help you and will prevent further complications like stiffness, immobility and joint deformities and restrictions of movements. Better to visit a Physiotherapist.
