She is approx 3 months pregnant. In blood test report down syndrome seen increased. So what should she do.

If double marker test shows increased risk of down syndrome, she should get her amniocentesis done for chromosomal study of the fetus. Orshe can go for non invasive prenatal test. Further management will depend on report of the chromosomal study.
