I am having corns in my lower foot and it is really painful. I have applied corn caps for past 4 months but still no relief. Can you please help me out?

Change your footwear to either microcellulose rubber footwear or if not available, doctor's sandals. If the corn is not settling with corn cap, try applying salicylic acid based lotion. Last option is to get it surgically excised.

First the diagnosis has to be confirmed. Most of the times plantar warts are mistaken for corns. Better consult once to evaluate and the treatment options will be CO 2 laser or surgical excision for both corn and wart. SD Dermatz skin clinic.
