What happens to my body if I burn 1000 calories in morning by running and 1000 calories at evening by doing jump rope and I eat only one time in day and drink warm water all day so it will be dangerous for my body?

It can be dangerous also as it can lead to some health problem also. To lose weight, you should have the right foods and exercise / run both.
